Wholesale Terms

1. Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum order value for placing a wholesale order.

2. How to Place an Order

Log in and place your order via our website at www.sweetpawsdogbakery.com.

You must log in with a registered wholesale account to receive the wholesale pricing. If you have not yet registered for a wholesale account, please go to our wholesale page and complete the wholesale account form. 

3. MSRP

Products purchased from Sweet Paws Dog Bakery shall not be sold for less than the current retail price of the product as listed on sweetpawsdogbakery.com.

4. Wholesale Pricing

All authorized resellers will receive 40% off the current retail price as listed on sweetpawsdogbakery.com. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

5. Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order, and we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. If items are received damaged, we will replace them at no charge to you. If at any time a properly stored item spoils prior to its marked expiration date and is determined to be "unsellable", we will replace the item at no cost to you.   

6. Payments

We accept online payments only and you will be charged when you check out through our website.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We will ship your order within one week of receiving it. Shipping expenses are not included in the cost of goods. You are able to select your shipping method at checkout. We only ship within the continental US.

If you are located within Anne Arundel County, Maryland, you may opt to have your order delivered to you for a $10 local delivery fee.

8. Resale Certificate

We require a resale certificate for all wholesale accounts who operate in a state that requires a sales and use tax. We will provide you with a blanket resale certificate to be completed and returned to Sweet Paws Dog Bakery.
