- REPLY TO YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH A PICTURE OF YOUR DOG ATTACHED, YOUR PERSONALIZED MESSAGE, AND THE AGE (IF DESIRED) YOU WANT ON THE CAKE
- YOU WILL RECEIVE ANOTHER EMAIL CONFIRMING RECEIPT OF YOUR PICTURE AND CAKE DETAILS - YOU MUST THEN CONFIRM THE FINAL DETAILS OF YOUR CAKE BEFORE WE WILL BEGIN WORKING ON YOUR ORDER
We specifically developed our dog-friendly cakes to be SERIOUSLY SOFT and easy for dogs to eat, while using minimal packaging, be easily shipped, and have a longer shelf life. The cake itself is soft, but the icing is dried so that it can be printed on and packaged easily. We vacuum seal each cake for freshness, and our cakes should be stored in the refrigerator but will keep fine during shipping. Your cake will be delivered to you with a one month refrigerated shelf life until opened. We recommend not opening your cake until you are ready to feed it to your pet. Once opened, keep your cake sealed in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze. Please note: If any water or moisture gets on the printed image the colors will bleed. All ingredients and storage instructions are included on the package label along with a best by date. All of our cakes are freshly baked and packaged in-house using our proprietary recipes and baking processes.
