Our soft baked cookies should be kept refrigerated but do have a longer shelf life in the refrigerator than our other desserts. All of our cookies are labeled with ingredients, storage instructions, and a "best by" date.
Ingredients: Cookie (Chickpea Flour, Tapioca Starch, Molasses, Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, Cinnamon, Baking Soda, Potassium Sorbate), Icing (Yogurt Chips (Sugar, Palm Kernel Oil, Whey Protein Powder, Nonfat Dry Mill, Yogurt Powder, Lactic Acid, Soy Lecithin), Carob Chips (Carob Powder, Partially Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, Soy Lecithin), Coconut Oil, Food Color Gel (Water, Sugar, Red 3, Blue 1, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Red 40, Modified Corn Starch, Vegetable Gum, Citric Acid)), icing may also contain beet powder for coloring and be topped with unsweetened coconut.
