This is a freshly baked item and must be refrigerated. Our mail-order cakes will keep refrigerated for at least one month from the time you receive your order and will be labeled with ingredients, storage instructions, and a "consume or freeze by" date. Freezing leftover cake is fine.

Note for mail order: Our cake should be kept refrigerated for long term storage but is ok to spend a few days in transit not refrigerated and will be packed with a gel ice pack. An additional handling fee will be applied at checkout.
